Valentine’s Day Menu

February 14th We will be serving our Special Valentine’s Menu starting at 5:30 PM.  The Walburg Boys will start around 6:30.  Reservations Highly Recommended.

    • Caesar Salat

      Tossed green Romain salad sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese, topped with garlic croutons and Caesar dressing.

    • Gebackener Camebert

      Fried  brie served with cranberry sauce.

    • Kasespatzle

      Hand-pressed spatzle in a creamy smoked Gouda cheese sauce, topped with fried onions.

    • Entrees

    • All You Can Eat Buffet

      Our all-you-can-eat buffet comprises our German favorites,  Plus Soup & Salad Bar.

       

    • Grilled Salmon

      Topped with house-made lemon dill beurre blanc on a bed of herbed rice served with asparagus.

    • Jagerschnitzel

      Your choice of sliced pork, chicken, or veal with a mushroom-based, rich, dark gravy. Served with red cabbage & spatzle.

    • Prime Rib

      16 oz. Prime Rib, Served with Al Jus, Creamy Horseradish Sauce,  Mashed Potatoes, and Grilled Asparagus.

    • Rinderoulade

      16 oz Angus beef roll stuffed with onions, bacon & German pickles, served with red cabbage & spatzle.

    • Schweizer Chicken

      Our fresh seasoned chicken breast covered with Swiss melted cheese, bacon, and sauteed mushrooms, served with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes.

    • Walburg "a La Creme"

      Grilled Pork Tenderloin Topped with Creamy Mushroom Sauce.  Served With Spatzle & Grilled Asparagus.

Substitutions politely declined to maintain quality and standards of service.
